Container & Cabin Manufacturing
SFM, meticulously designs and manufactures custom Container-Cabins for machinery and hydraulic units in all requested dimensions, using either S235JRG2 or stainless steel. Each project is carefully planned and executed with precision.
In the manufacturing of Container-Cabins, casting according to EU norms ISO standard is used, including container corner fittings, door hinges, locking equipment, and seals.
The entire exterior is welded with SG2 wire using gas metal arc welding to ensure watertightness in rainy and snowy weather conditions. Additionally, a dedicated enclosed area is provided for electrical and control panels.
The interior walls of the Container-Cabin are insulated with rock wool of 50-100mm thickness to ensure thermal insulation, thereby enabling the machinery or hydraulic units inside to operate under stable conditions.
After applying thermal insulation, we use galvanized perforated sheet metal to convert the Container-Cabin walls into sandwich panels. This provides both thermal insulation and soundproofing for the machinery or hydraulic units inside.
A fire-resistant door with panic bar suitable for personnel use is installed, and the floor of the container cabin is covered with patterned sheet metal to prevent slipping. The entire cabin is sandblasted to SA 2 ½ 8501-1 standard and then painted in the desired RAL color code. The painting process complies with ISO 12944 standards, ranging from C1 to C5-I and C5-M categories.
