SFM | Manufacturing Processes

Section Processing;

We process the materials such as steel sheets and steel sections to be used in the manufacturing process in our machinery and prepare them for assembly after the necessary processes such as cutting and drilling.

Sheet Cutting;

We make the preliminary preparations for manufacturing by making the cutting plans related to the resulting project in a sensitive and waste-free manner.

Machining;

CAM is made so that the manufacturing parts can be produced with the required precision.The production is made appropriate to the technical drawings together with expert CNC machine operators.We check the operated parts with precision measuring instruments.

Marking and Framing;

We carry out the manufacturing of the parts that are numbered according to the detailed views of the project the preliminary preparations of which have been completed, by taking into account the quality control processes.

Welding;

The welding of the projects that nave been approved by_ the quality control process are made with the required standards by our personnel with internationally recognized certificates.

Mechanical Cleaning;

The painting process is pre:prepared by cleaning the remaining burrs and sharp corners of the material after the welding process. Sandblasting is done to clean the rust, oil, and dirt on the surface.

Paint;

The appropriate paint procedure is applied in special RAL codes and desired micron thickness values in line with the customer's request in our paint shop, which has been designed in accordance with the principles of ventilation, filter, and heat standards, occupational health, and safety fundamentals. We provide services with our personnel with international certificates in our paint shop.
